It’s certainly been a learning curve since our first small batch of Pinot Noir back in 2018, but over the years, we’ve been thrilled to finesse our style and extend the range of Sambar Hills Wines to include the likes of Rosè, Prosecco & Pinot Meunier, just to name a few!

Our wines are hand picked and crafted with care, meaning that every drop exudes the brilliance that they King Valley wine region has to offer.

Our Bubble Bar is a vibrant and inclusive space that is always buzzing with the clink of champagne flutes and the laughter of patrons. Open by appointment, the Bubble Bar is the perfect place to host intimate celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries and even elopement weddings!
